Natural Blessings – Return & Exchange Policy

At Natural Blessings, we take pride in offering premium beauty, wellness, and hair care products. For the health and safety of all our customers, we kindly ask that you read our updated return and exchange policy carefully before purchasing.

🔄 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products—including hair, skin, wellness, shapewear, and electrical items—we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This policy is in place to protect all customers and ensure product integrity.

🚨 Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help!

✅ What to Do:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 912-264-9242

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage

  • Approved claims will be processed for a same-item exchange only

⚠️ Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted
⚠️ If an item has been altered or tampered with, it is not eligible for exchange

🛍️ Store Credits (If Applicable)

If approved by Natural Blessings, a store credit may be issued. This credit can be used toward a future order. No refunds or exchanges are allowed for:

  • Wigs, hair extensions

  • Skin and body care

  • Herbal teas, detox products

  • Shapewear, waist trainers

  • Items purchased during live sales or promotional events

📦 Missing Items in Your Order

If your order is missing an item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 912-264-9242

  • Be ready with your invoice/order number and photos of the package

  • We will replace missing items if the claim is verified and the item is in stock

⚠️ Please Do Not Return Products Without Approval

Returns sent without approval will be refused, and any related shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any approved items to Natural Blessings. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🎁 Free Gift Promotions

Free items are available while supplies last and cannot be exchanged or returned.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once payment is processed or the order is placed. Please double-check your order before checking out.

Femme Care Products – Additional Notes

For Femme Detox products:

  • All sales are final due to the intimate nature of the items

  • Refunds are issued only as store credit and must be pre-approved

  • Shipping insurance is available at checkout

    • Covers one replacement if lost or damaged

    • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery

Final Sale Notice

All shapewear, waist trainers, and wellness products are non-refundable and non-returnable for sanitary reasons. All claims for damage or missing items must be made within 24 hours of delivery. We do not accept opened or used products for return or exchange.

The Natural Blessings mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Natural Blessings (“Natural Blessings”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Natural Blessings’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Natural Blessings through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Natural Blessings. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18558696113 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Natural Blessings mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
